The ground and first floors house a spacious banking hall, equipped with the latest in financial technology and customer service amenities, a training room, management offices and a conference room, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. Ancillary spaces include washrooms and a kitchenette. Floors above the banking area houses flexible office spaces which cater to various business needs, from open-plan lettable offices to private executive suites. The design emphasizes connectivity and collaboration, incorporating communal areas, meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art conference facilities. Sustainability was a key focus, with energy-efficient systems, green building materials, and provisions for future technological upgrades, ensuring the complex remains a forward-thinking hub for business and finance.
