The design of this community center embodies the spirit of inclusivity, engagement and versatility serving as a vibrant hub for local residents. The elegant four-level structure designed using the contemporary architectural style will be the home to various spaces including shops, office spaces, administrative and management offices, meeting rooms, to mention a few. Most importantly, communal spaces such as a large courtyard for events, landscape grounds and a gallery were included. These spaces were drawn out of the concept of creating a multi-functional structure to accommodate a wide range of activities whiles emphasizing accessibility and sustainability, integrating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems (ample natural lighting and ventilation). To ensure the community center was dynamic and an adaptable space, the design used a holistic approach to carefully place welcoming entrances and open layouts to foster a sense of connectivity and belonging.
